Our APPROACH
Our work has always been most successful when our team has the lived experience to connect with neighbors in a meaningful way. Having community organizers on our team has helped to ensure our programming is culturally responsive and that we provide relevant resources. Representation is important and we are building more authentic relationships with community members when our team members have the language proficiency and are part of the cultural communities we work alongside. The Community Organizers focus on the Black, Latinx, Rohingya, and Nepali communities.
