Metro, our regional government, is updating the Regional Transportation Plan which decides how Metro allocates federal and state transportation funding. The Rosewood Initiative and East Portland Action Plan are advocating 148th and 162nd Avenues be prioritized on this list. You can help by contacting elected officials who will be deciding what projects are on the list.
